Why we built Arlyn
Construction is the world's largest industry, yet it remains one of the least digitized. The average GC still manages scheduling in spreadsheets, tracks labor in PDFs, and chases RFIs over email.
Our co-founder spent 20 years as an operations executive learning exactly what great project delivery requires: the right information at the right time, decisions grounded in current data, and experienced people focused on the work only they can do.
In 2021, a group of seasoned construction operators and a team of passionate young AI engineers came together to build what the industry needed: not another software layer, but true AI agents that could take action, not just surface insights.
