Senior Full-Stack Engineer
EngineeringSeniorBuild the core platform that powers 65 AI agents across construction firms managing billions in project value. You'll work on real-time data pipelines, agent orchestration, and the APIs that connect to Procore, Autodesk, and SAP.
ML Engineer - Construction NLP
EngineeringSeniorFine-tune and evaluate LLMs on construction domain data: contracts, RFIs, schedules, and specs. You'll own the model layer that powers agent reasoning and improve accuracy benchmarks on real customer workflows.
Staff Backend Engineer - Agent Infrastructure
EngineeringStaffDesign the distributed systems that run thousands of autonomous agent workflows simultaneously. Kafka, Kubernetes, and sub-second latency are the baseline. You'll define what comes next.
Product Manager - Solutions
ProductMidOwn the roadmap for 2–3 agent categories. You'll spend time on construction sites with project managers, translate pain into specs, and partner with engineering to ship agents that measurably reduce project overruns.

Enterprise Account Executive
GTMSeniorSell to VP-level buyers at ENR 400 general contractors. You'll run enterprise sales cycles of $250K–$2M ARR, partnering with Solutions Engineers and our Customer Success team to demonstrate measurable ROI.
Solutions Engineer
GTMMidBe the technical expert in enterprise sales, running live demos on customer data, scoping integration requirements, and proving value before contract. Construction tech or ERP background is a strong plus.
Customer Success Manager
OperationsMidOwn a book of 15–20 ENR-ranked GC accounts post-implementation. Drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure customers achieve their ROI targets within 90 days of go-live.
